PARASITOLOGY DEPARTMENT
The diagnosis of the helminth, protozoon and arthropods diseases in cattle, sheep, goat, cat, dog, fish, poultry and exotic animals in its field of responsibility of Institute are carried out by Parasitology Department. The parasitic diseases of mollusc disaase survey programme of Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock are performed by Parasitology Department. The diagnosis of zoonotic parasitical diseases related with public health such as Trichinellosis, Hydatidosis, Anisakiasis are carried out by the department. It carries out research projects on the topics of parasitical diseases and makes scientific publications such as article, review, poster related to research results. Parasitology Department also includes Honey Bee Diseases Diagnostic Laboratuary.
